Job Description

After more than 10 years of rapid development, Blue Ocean Inc has established mature and stable automated cargo distribution and return procedures. Currently, we have distribution centers in OR, CA, DE, NH, TN, TX, PA, and FL.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accurately receive and count packages, ensuring proper registration in the system and timely transportation.

2. Proficiently operate both manual and electric pallet jacks to transfer packages to designated locations within the warehouse.

3. Efficiently sort products and arrange them on appropriate racks and shelves according to established procedures and deadlines.

4. Follow work orders meticulously to accurately prepare and pick stock orders, maintaining high levels of order accuracy and timeliness.

5. Utilize basic computer skills to perform data entry tasks and update product information as instructed, ensuring accurate record-keeping and inventory management.

6. Execute outbound processes, including packaging products and ensuring accurate application of shipping labels.

7. Flexibly undertake any additional tasks or projects assigned by the immediate supervisor, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to overall warehouse success.

8. Facilitate productive collaboration among team members and various departments to enhance warehouse efficiency, promoting a harmonious and supportive workplace atmosphere. Ensure the maintenance of a safe and clean warehouse environment.

Job Requirement

  • 1-2 years of work experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and consistently apply all policies and procedures.
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, if any, is a plus..
  • Ability and willingness to coordinate with upstream and downstream workflow to ensure the accuracy of inventory management efficiently.
  • Able to move & lift up to 50 lbs independently and over 50 lbs with assistance.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, need to know how to use a computer and keyboard typing.
