Are you looking for an opportunity to deliver timely and automated capabilities that discover, discern and discriminate strategic activity, generate relevant tips, and provide vital Global Situational Awareness to national security?

Duties

Come join our Integrated Intelligence Systems Engineering Technical Assistant (SETA) contracting team on the Geralt MERIGOLD Program. Working under only general direction as a Systems Engineer (SE) III, duties include but are not limited to the following:

Providing technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems

Independently determines and develops approach to solutions

Designs, develops, evaluates and modifies end-to-end systems and systems-oriented products through their entire life cycle

Generates quantifiable requirements based on customer description, system planning and design, and acquisition logistics

Develop SE documentation with Government technical and contracts staff, enabling program development and implementation

Ensures requirements comply with client requirements and government standards through formal verification methods.

Translates high level product development strategies into system requirement specifications and works with other engineering disciplines to develop lower-level detailed implementation requirements

Establishes and coordinates development of standards, practices, and procedures as related to the overall product development.

Designs interfaces and brings system elements together so they work as a whole.

Assess performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures.

Customer liaison and support for business development activities and to understand and shape requirements.

Participates in system conceptual design and documentation of the design concepts

Translates high level product development strategies into system requirement specifications and works with multi-discipline engineering teams to develop lower-level detailed requirements

Participates in design reviews of components (hardware and software) to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements through compliance verification and validation

Generates system level requirements verification procedures and customer acceptance test procedures

Reviews test plans/procedures and ensures they meet the objectives of the contractual requirements and participates in the testing process to validate requirements

Integrate SAFe Agile program development processes and activities

Qualifications

Required:

Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

BS 5-7 Years Experience, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2

Intelligence Community experience and work history

Minimum of five years supporting DoD/IC programs

Demonstrated performance as an individual contributor working across integrated customer/contractor project and functional teams to deliver capabilities

Desired

A degree in Systems Engineering or another technical field

Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in Program Management

PMP Certification

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, Arcfield invests in its employees beyond just compensation. Min: $94,910.76 Max: $165,031.40
