Responsibilities

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles and store cleanliness standards.

Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.

Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.

Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to procedures.

Promote credit and loyalty programs.

Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow merchandising procedures and standards.

Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.

Participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.

Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.

Support shrink reduction goals and programs.

Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.

Other duties as assigned.

Who We’re Looking For

Possesses excellent customer service skills.

Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.

Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Capable of multi-tasking.

Able to adapt to changes and unexpected situations.

Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

Works effectively with peers and supervisors.

Retail customer experience preferred.

Compensation

This position has a starting pay range of $16.90 to $17.40 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
