Sr. Software Engineer

Job Title Client is a leading education technology firm with a growing software engineering and product development team. We design and build online assessment systems that are used by millions of students, providing actionable insights for educators grounded in scientific theory.

Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# back-end services.

Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using JavaScript and Vue.js.

Design relational database schemas and write optimized, high-performance SQL queries.

Build and integrate advanced AI features with web applications where applicable to support modern feature requirements.

Utilize AI coding assistants and modern AI-driven workflows to streamline development and implementation.

Job Requirements Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on software development experience.

Back-End: Strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework/Core.

Front-End: Solid expertise in modern JavaScript and hands-on experience building UI components with Vue.js.

Database: Proven skills in relational database design, data modeling, and writing/optimizing complex SQL queries.

Preferred / Big Plus AI-Assisted Development: Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, ClaudeCode) to accelerate code implementation and troubleshooting.

AI Application Building: Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications or integrating LLMs/agents into web products.

AWS & AWS AI Suite: Familiarity with core AWS infrastructure as well as AWS AI/GenAI ecosystems.
