Soni is partnering with a well-established, growing organization in Murfreesboro seeking a hands-on Controller with the potential to grow into a broader finance leadership role.
What You'll Do: Lead the accounting function, including month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls
Manage and mentor an established accounting team
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives
Partner with ownership and operational leaders to support strategic decision-making
Enhance financial processes, reporting capabilities, and business insights
Serve as a key leader in the continued evolution of the finance organization
What We're Looking For: Strong foundation in accounting and controllership
Experience leading accounting teams and improving processes
Ability to balance day-to-day accounting responsibilities with strategic finance initiatives
Strong communication skills and ability to partner with non-financial stakeholders
Hands-on, collaborative leadership style
