This position provides advanced technical expertise in application architecture, cloud services, and software deployment while serving as a technical lead for development initiatives.Duties and Responsibilities:Designs, develops, configure and deploy enterprise single-page web applications using C#, Angular, REST APIs, and Visual Studio within Azure environments.Monitor, administer, and maintain Microsoft Azure application services and cloud infrastructure.Implement cloud best practices for security, scalability, monitoring, and performance optimization.Lead project meetings with customers to gather business requirements and develop technical solutions.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members.Support application lifecycle management, DevOps processes, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).Other duties as assigned include special tasks involved in responding to an emergency event.Harris County is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
