If so, our client is interested in you. Our client has a successful SaaS-based platform for its customers, and they are seeking a Customer Engineer for its Technical Support Team. Responsibilities:Provide technical support to customer questions in our ticketing system, via email and on interactive callsUse experience with tech support to troubleshoot end user computer systemsProvide post-sales support for customersConsult with existing customers on business and technical requirements, with a focus on Cloud solutionsLeverage experience with ecommerce and/or retail systems to deploy software and solutions to cloud infrastructure in a repeatable wayKnowledge of RDBMS a plusRequirements:BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field or 2 plus years experience working as a Customer Support engineer.Experience with SaaS technologyGood understanding of MySQL or any other RDBMSExperience interacting with clients.Experience with Ecommerce or retail systems a plusVector is an equal opportunity employer.
