10+ Yrs. as an Enterprise-level Sr. Infrastructure & VMware Engineer. MUST: Extensive experience with VMware.

Expert in Windows Server systems administration, Server 2008R2 to 2016, build and deploy in VMware, security policies and standardization.

Expert in Active Directory and GPO administration, to include configuring Site and Services, troubleshooting AD replication issues, and knowledge of GPO hierarchy.

Solid experience with managing Microsoft Clustered Microsoft SQL Server database systems, to include database security, table relationships, backup and restore.

Solid understanding of Microsoft Certificate Authority (CA) services.

Good experience with enterprise KMS solutions, such as Thales DSM for File System and encryption as well as key management.

Support and manage virtual infrastructure.

Provide application support for production, quality assurance and development.

Improve department efficiencies with automation and process enhancements.

Maintain performance quality of hosting environment.

Support capacity planning through periodic performance reporting.

Monitor and perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades and resource optimization.

Participate in after hours on-call support.

Assess viability of new and relevant technologies.

Monitor various networking devices (e.g., Cisco environment).

Administer networking equipment to ensure stable operational performance.

Replace faculty network equipment/parts.

Configure network ports and protocols (e.g, Ethernet, Fiber Channel).

Schedule and participate in or facilitate meetings regarding user requests and service needs.
