Administrative Assistant - Housing North

Pay: $20-$22/hour

Schedule: Full-Time

Location: Columbus, OH

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll provide essential administrative support while helping coordinate projects, manage data, support technology initiatives, and assist the individuals and families we serve.

This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact every day.

What You'll Do


  • Keep Daily Operations Running Smoothly: Coordinate schedules, meetings, calendars, and administrative tasks that support teams across the organization.
  • Support Innovation & Projects: Assist with software implementation, technology training, and operational projects that improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Manage Data & Reporting: Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and reports while helping leadership make informed decisions through accurate data.
  • Train & Support Staff: Help employees learn and utilize technology systems while providing friendly, responsive support.
  • Contribute to Direct Services: Spend 20-25 hours each week working directly with individuals, to stay connected to the consumer experience and understand the impact of services firsthand.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Communicate with staff, families, and community partners while delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 2 years of related administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and technology platforms
  • Excellent organizational, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing data, reports, and multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is helpful, but not required
