Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled US Recruiter who can work directly with clients, understand their hiring needs, and deliver qualified candidates for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US staffing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with US clients to gather job requirements and understand hiring expectations

Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles (W2, C2C, 1099)

Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn , Dice , Monster , and internal databases

Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit

Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients

Maintain strong communication with clients and provide regular hiring updates

Negotiate pay rates, terms, and conditions with candidates

Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and documentation

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of US-based candidates

Handle offer rollout and onboarding coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment

Strong experience working with direct clients or implementation partners

Good understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong sourcing and screening skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in IT recruitment (Java, .NET, Data, Cloud, etc.)

Familiarity with ATS tools and CRM systems

Ability to handle multiple client requirements simultaneously
