Job Description

PRA Group is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support market pricing, job evaluations, and reporting. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders to translate data into practical insights that guide compensation decisions aligned with policy and objectives.

The role covers merit processes, incentive considerations, and equity data governance, with emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and scalable processes across platforms such as Workday and Equity Edge Online.
