Logistics Coordinator

Are you a highly organized professional with a meticulous eye for detail? We are urgently hiring a Logistics Coordinator in Miami! In this role, you will be responsible for tracking transactions across multiple locations, conducting inventory audits, and maintaining flawless warehouse records. If you have solid Excel skills, a methodical work ethic, and excellent communication abilities, we want to hear from you. Prior experience is required, and SAP knowledge is a major plus.

salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities Manage day-to-day warehouse inventory and stock levels

Conduct regular inventory audits and physical counts

Track inventory transactions accurately across multiple locations

Maintain thorough and precise warehouse records without omissions

Use Microsoft Excel heavily for tracking, reporting, and data entry

Communicate professionally with team members, vendors, and management

Apply a meticulous and methodical approach to daily warehouse tasks

Utilize SAP systems for inventory tracking and management

Solve logistical or inventory discrepancies as they arise

Ensure all daily warehouse documentation is completely accurate

The essential functions of this role include: manual lifting up to 40lbs

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
