We are looking for individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe environment while delivering strong customer service.

Pay & Schedule $22- $23 per hour

Paid weekly

Daily Pay also available

Full-time and part-time positions available

Must have open availability

Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends

Responsibilities

You will help prevent and deter crime by: Performing regular and random patrols

Reporting incidents, hazards, or unusual activity

Conducting access control procedures

Operating emergency equipment when necessary

Documenting nightly activity and submitting reports

Investigating property breaches

Requirements

Current/Active Hawaii Security Guard Card

Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Professional presentation and demeanor

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation and active cellphone

Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine foot patrols

Prior law enforcement, military, or 1+ year of security experience is preferred but not required. Training and uniforms will be provided to the right candidate.

Physical & Mental Requirements Ability to communicate clearly and quickly during emergencies

Ability to read and interpret written information

Ability to drive a motor vehicle if required

Ability to detect emergency sounds such as alarms or distress signals

Ability to walk, run, stand, climb, and sit as needed

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if required

Must meet all Hawaii state licensing requirements (Armed or Unarmed, as applicable)
