Construction Operations Manager - Commercial Construction

The Construction Operations Manager - Commercial Construction will be responsible for:

• Establishing and growing the company's Charlotte market presence while serving as the local operational leader
• Managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams while ensuring successful project execution
• Collaborating with business development and estimating teams by introducing qualified local subcontractors and helping position the company for new opportunities
• Overseeing project operations from preconstruction through completion while maintaining high standards of quality and client service
• Developing strategic growth plans for the region while supporting future staffing and office expansion initiatives
• Coordinating closely with executive leadership and leveraging corporate resources to build a successful and sustainable operation

• Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction projects and operations for a general contractor
• Strong network of subcontractor, client, and industry relationships within the Charlotte market
• Proven success building relationships, developing business, and creating new opportunities within commercial construction
• Experience taking ownership of projects, client satisfaction, and overall operational performance
• Ability to working independently while collaborating effectively with executive leadership and remote support teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to helping establish and grow a new office location
