This role emphasizes production support, infrastructure operations, and system reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesStorage Platform Support• Support NetApp ONTAP, Storage Grid, and Oracle ZFS environments• Monitor storage systems and ensure availabilityOperations & Support• Perform production support and troubleshooting• Work with vendors for issue resolutionMigration & Infrastructure• Support data center migration activities• Assist in infrastructure design and implementationMonitoring & Reporting• Use tools like PowerBI for reporting• Monitor system health and alertsCollaboration• Work with engineering teams and stakeholders• Support Agile project environmentsDocumentation• Maintain documentation and operational proceduresMust-Have Qualifications• 4+ years of Systems / Infrastructure experience• Experience with NetApp ONTAP (Required)• Familiarity with Storage Grid (Required)• Experience with Oracle ZFS (Required)• Strong troubleshooting skills• Experience in production support environmentsPreferred Qualifications• Experience with PowerBI• Experience with ServiceNow• Agile / Scrum / Jira experience• Strong communication skillsCore Competencies• Storage systems• Production support• Troubleshooting• Monitoring & reportingWork Environment• Enterprise infrastructure environment• Storage & operations teams• Hybrid work modelAdditional Requirements• Must be eligible to work in the US• On-call flexibility required
