From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades. **What you’ll do:*** You’ll be based out of our **Santa Fe Springs, CA.** service center.* Load and unload equipment and materials with large and small forklifts.* Prepare and verify quality/accuracy of counts of rental equipment prior to delivery and arrival* Clean and put away rental equipment upon return to service center* Keep the jobsite, yard, and warehouse cleaned and up to safety standards* Drive inventory accuracy of rental equipment and accessories* Inventory cycle counts* Wash rental equipment* Inspect and repair cable**You are:*** High School diploma/GED or equivalent* 0-3 years of experience working in a yard or warehouse.* Excellent customer service skills* Embraces and promotes safety culture* Positive, self-starter who enjoys working with others in a fast-paced environment to deliver consistent quality* Reliable and committed to delivering quality performance* Able to work overtime.* Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 75lbs. **Here's what you'll get:*** Full-time with potential for overtime and/or weekends* Annual bonus program* Premium cost medical plan option available* Pay range $23.00 to $27.00 an hour* Annual bonus program* Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement available* Safety-focused culture working on brand new technology.**Other essential job requirements*** Availability to work the assigned schedule, travel to work locations (if needed) and be on standby for work outside of regularly scheduled shifts* Must be able to stand, walk and sit for prolonged periods of time; and be able to walk over uneven terrain with functional balance that does not require any special assistive devices* Must be able to move the extremities and spine through a functional range of motion that will permit work to be safely performed from ground / floor level to full overhead level* Must have good finger dexterity to manipulate small items, functional hand-eye coordination, and functionally grip with adequate strength to safely hold tools and stair railing or ladders* Must be able to safely meet the physical demands outlined in the Essential Physical Capacities Assessment and pass the post-offer physical abilities assessment, which includes being able to lift (60 lbs), push/pull (80 lbs), carry (60 lbs), climb stairs and ladders as well as a combination of climbing while carrying objects (15 lbs), stoop, kneel and squat Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
