Hunatek CCIE Network EngineerHunatek is seeking a CCIE Network Engineer who is expected to combine deep Cisco expertise with modern security and monitoring skills, particularly in Zero Trust and enterprise network operations.Essential Job Functions:Network Architecture & Operations: Design, deploy, and maintain large-scale WAN/LAN infrastructures across multiple sites, including SD-WAN transformations, routing protocols, switching technologies, and unified collaboration systems.Security Engineering: Implement and manage Next-Gen Firewalls, VPN solutions, and Zero Trust architecture. Integrate NAC/ISE with AD/PKI for secure authentication and posture compliance.Cloud Networking: Configure hybrid cloud connectivity and manage cloud security controls.Monitoring & Performance: Utilize SolarWinds and other tools for proactive monitoring, capacity planning, lifecycle management, and performance optimization.Automation & Efficiency: Develop automation scripts for bulk configurations and operational efficiency.Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders on global network/security projects.Skills and Qualification Required:CCIE Network certification (or equivalent) with hands-on experience in enterprise network design and operations.Zero Trust & Zscaler: 4+ years implementing and troubleshooting ZIA/ZPA/ZDX, including authentication flows, SSL inspection, DNS/routing, identity integrations, App Segments, Connectors, and traffic-forwarding methods.Security & Compliance: Experience with PCI DSS, ITIL, ISO standards, and supporting internal/external audits.Cloud & SD-WAN: Strong skills in AWS/Azure cloud networking, hybrid connectivity, and multi-vendor SD-WAN solutions.Monitoring Tools: Proficiency with SolarWinds for network performance and security monitoring.Ability to obtain a Public TrustSkills and Qualifications Preferred:Network Security Engineer: 10 yearsZero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), particularly Zscaler: 10 yearsZscaler: 10 yearsPalo Alto: 10 yearsCisco: 10 yearsRouting, switching, and firewall technologies: 10 yearsDeploy and optimize SD-WAN solutions: 10 yearsDesign, implement, and manage ZTNA solutions: 10 yearsSplunk, SolarWinds, Wireshark: 10 yearsCloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP): 10 yearsDevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible, Python scripting): 10 yearsAbout Us: At HunaTek, we build teams of people from all backgrounds with varying levels of experience, knowing firsthand that diversity of thought will strengthen our ability to deliver for our customers.
