IT Project Manager

DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a CORE+ Pod (Business Domain) Project Manager in Deerfield Beach, FL.Summary:Reporting to the Program Lead, the Pod Project Manager is accountable for the day-to-day planning, coordination, governance, and delivery of one of the three CORE+ pods, covering two business domains and their associated functional and technical work using SalesForce and Azure technology stack.Duties:* Maintain an integrated pod plan covering activities, resources, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables* Coordinate Company domain SMEs, Product Owners, Slalom functional and technical leads, architects, and supporting workstreams* Manage the complete deliverable lifecycle-from requirements assessment and design workshops through drafting, review, remediation, quality validation, and acceptance detailed design deliverables, and on to next phase build and acceptance activities* Track progress, actions, decisions, RAID items, changes, and cross-pod dependencies within the agreed systems of record* Identify delivery variance, drive recovery actions, and escalate material risks, blockers, and decisions to the Program Lead* Provide clear reporting on Pod schedule, deliverable status, forecast, dependencies, and leadership actions required* Functional and technical leads remain accountable for the quality and accuracy of their solution content; The Pod Project Manager is accountable for integrated execution, transparency, and timely deliveryRequirements* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusJob TypeContractCompensation75 - $85
