What you’ll do

Own every phase of your assigned projects from the first site walk to the final punch list.

Supervise field crews and subcontractors and hold the quality standard on every detail that matters.

Protect the budget like it’s your own money and flag variances before they compound.

Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics to keep trades from waiting.

Walk your sites often to catch issues before anyone else does.

Keep homeowners calm and informed with straight updates before they have to ask.

Spot problems early and resolve them without drama.

Inherit a job with a vague scope and no budget.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and legal eligibility to work in the US required.

3+ years managing residential construction, with experience on high‑end remodels.

Knowledge of permitting, inspections, and project management software is a plus.
