Job Description:

We are seeking a Software/Solution Engineer to support the Human Agentic Review Platform onboarding pod with integrating new products into Client's Scaled Review Tooling (SRT) systems. This role focuses on onboarding work - handling the growing volume of new product

SRT integration requests - so the core engineering team can stay focused on platform development. It is a cross-functional role requiring close coordination with engineering and XFN (cross-functional) partners.

Key Responsibilities

? Handle the growing volume of new product

SRT integration requests escalated from MSL and other orgs.

? Build and configure end-to-end review pipelines (e.g., intake

cases/enforcement flows) for common, well-defined use cases.

? Adapt and maintain integrations as the underlying review systems evolve.

? Coordinate closely with engineering and cross-functional (XFN) partners throughout the onboarding process.

Required Qualifications

? 3-5 years of experience in software or solution engineering, with a focus on integrations / systems work.

? Proven experience building software integrations between different systems.

? Backend/software engineering skills - writing and configuring production-quality code.

? Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with both engineering and non-engineering partners.

? Ability to learn new internal tools and platforms quickly and adapt as systems change.

? Prior Meta experience is a significant plus, though its absence won't rule a candidate out .

Minimum Years of Experience:

Must-Have Skills

System integration experience (integrating new/acquired systems into existing

Programming in Hack, Python, and Java

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
