Senior Web Developer We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to support our marketing organization by delivering high-quality, high-performance digital experiences. This role is ideal for a developer who excels at translating business and creative requirements into reliable, scalable web solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of our marketing web properties Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing landing pages and digital assets Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to implement campaign initiatives Develop reusable components, templates, and internal tools to streamline workflows Ensure strong site performance across devices, browsers, and platforms Implement analytics, tracking, and experimentation frameworks to support data-driven decisions Maintain clean, well-structured codebases aligned with modern best practices Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Stay current with emerging web technologies and recommend improvements Implement and maintain analytics integrations, tag management, and validation of tracking data to ensure accuracy Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in modern web and/or mobile application development Strong proficiency with HTML, Tailwind CSS, React, TypeScript, Vite, and Python, with hands-on project experience Solid understanding of REST APIs and modern application architecture Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) Experience with CMS platforms, such as WordPress Proven ability to build performant, accessible, and responsive user interfaces Familiarity with analytics and A/B testing tools (e.g., GA4, GTM, Optimizely) Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Exposure to or experience in AI/ML development Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Experience working in fast-paced marketing or campaign-driven environments Understanding of technical SEO and Core Web Vitals Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) Strong UI/UX sensibilities with a keen attention to detail What We Offer Meaningful ownership of our digital presence A collaborative environment that values quality, innovation, and continuous improvement Opportunities to influence technical direction and shape marketing technology capabilities
