Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWarehouse AssociateRJ’s Construction SupplyRJ’s Construction Supply is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring our customers receive accurate and timely service.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload materials using forklifts and other equipmentPull, stage, and prepare orders for customer pickup and deliveryMaintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle countsOrganize and keep the warehouse clean and safeAssist customers with materials in a professional and courteous mannerFollow all company safety policies and proceduresWork collaboratively with team members and managementQualificationsPrevious warehouse or construction supply experience preferredForklift experience is a plus (certification preferred)Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50+ lbsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsReliable, punctual, and team-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor/warehouse environment
