Remote option possible outside of Omaha, NE based on job related experience. This position is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship.What Will You Do?As a Lead Developer, you will design and develop Business Application SoftwareCollaborate with software architects on design of new software applicationsIdentify and manage security risks within software productsCoach programming staff on development standards and procedures including secure coding standards, development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Service-oriented Architecture, DevOps, etc.), source control software, database administration software, development environments, and deployment software and integration applicationsWhat Are We Looking For?Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field or equivalent experienceGuidewire Developer Ace Certification (PolicyCenter or BillingCenter strongly preferred)Minimum 5 years' related work experienceExperience leading software development teamsSecure coding practicesWho Would Excel In This Role?Highly prefer GW Cloud implementation experienceGuidewire InsuranceSuite Developer Ace CertificationGuidewire BillingCenter Developer Ace CertificationExperience with CMS - UmbracoSoftware, database or project management certification or designationSomeone experienced with.NET, C#, Angular, SQL and Azure CloudWe want you to be involved! The salary range for this job is $110,000 - $145,000 annually, based on the primary posting location of Omaha, Nebraska. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.Eligible employees receive up to 15 days of vacation time, 65 days (85 day maximum in a two year period) of sick pay, up to 20 days of paid parental time, seven paid holidays, and two floating holidays.Interested applicants are encouraged to apply within four business days of the posting date.
