Software Engineer Our team is driven by a shared passion for advancing clinical research technology and improving patient quality of life. Innovation is core to how we work. We give our teams the tools and the culture to turn new ideas into real solutions for our customers, in an environment built on collaboration and individual initiative. We're guided by four principles: client centricity, orchestrated collaboration, robust simplicity, and efficient and secure workflows. If that sounds like your kind of work, we'd love to hear from you.
The Software Engineer designs, builds, and maintains features across the full Judi stack, from Angular front-end work through Java and Spring back-end services, owning assigned features from technical design through production deployment. The role translates product requirements into clean, well-tested, production-grade code and contributes to sound system design and shared engineering standards. Working within team guardrails for agentic AI in the SDLC, the engineer uses agent-based development workflows to improve velocity, quality, and reliability. The role partners closely with Product, DevOps, and QA and grows toward greater technical ownership over time.
