Job Description

Paycom is seeking a Transition Specialist Representative to lead client implementations from kickoff through transition to long-term care. You will partner with Outside Sales Reps, CRR, PSD and NCS to drive 100% usage and adoption of Paycom solutions, ensuring first payroll readiness.

The role requires skilled project management, strong communication, and the ability to map client processes, manage timelines, and train clients.
