Finance Manager - Mercedes-Benz of Oakland

Mercedes-Benz of Oakland is seeking an experienced, high-performing Finance Manager to join our team. Having first opened its doors in 1966, we operate as one of the longest-standing family-owned Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the United States.

We are looking for a proven F&I professional and high income producer who understands the expectations of a luxury automotive clientele and knows how to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing dealership profitability.

What You'LL Do

Present and professionally sell finance, lease, protection products, and aftermarket products.

Build value around F&I products while maintaining a transparent, professional, and customer-focused approach.

Work closely with the Sales Department to ensure a smooth transition from sales to finance.

Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.

Structure deals accurately and efficiently while maximizing gross profit and maintaining compliance.

Ensure all contracts, disclosures, documentation, and funding requirements are completed accurately.

Deliver a premium experience consistent with the Mercedes-Benz brand and clientele .

Maintain strong CSI while consistently achieving or exceeding dealership F&I performance objectives.

Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, Mercedes-Benz programs, and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of successful automotive Finance & Insurance experience preferred.

Proven track record as a high-income producer with strong PVR and product penetration.

Strong closing, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Professional appearance and executive level communication.

Positive, energetic, team oriented attitude.

Strong understanding of automotive lending, leasing, credit, and F&I products.

A genuine commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Must understand how to sell to and build trust with a luxury clientele .
