Job Description

Concierge Position at Meneses LawMeneses Law is an Immigration Law Firm seeking a Concierge to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is high energy, bilingual in English & Spanish and possesses excellent communication skills.Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Handling incoming/outgoing calls, and other communications.Managing filing system.Must be able to meet monthly goals (KPIs).Recording information as needed.Greeting clients and visitors as needed.Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.Helping organize and maintain office common areas.Performing general office clerk duties and errands.Maintaining office equipment as needed.Aiding with client reception as needed.Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.Must schedule clients correctly on the calendar.Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.Required Skills:Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant data tools.Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Able to type 45 WPM or more.English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuationProper phone etiquetteMust be fluent in both English and Spanish.Key Competencies:Attention to detail and process orientation.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.Relationship building and influencing skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and take initiative in problem-solving.Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree Required1 year of Office Experience.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Physical Demands:This position involves regular walking, standing sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.Occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouchingMay involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.The ability to move and lift items up to 10 pounds.Benefits for Working at Meneses Law:Pay: $23/hourExcellent Benefits (Medical, Employer Paid Dental, Vision, Employer Paid Life Insurance, 2 weeks of Paid Time Off, and 10 days of paid holidays)401k MatchWork Life Balance Schedule - Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positionsStructured Training ProgramsMeaningful Career Advancement OpportunitiesWork with state-of-the-art technology.Name Recognition & Prestige Immigration Law FirmBirthday and Anniversary rewardsSophisticated, Challenging WorkBusiness Professional work environmentParticipate in a variety of volunteered events throughout the yearMust have the ability to work on a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.Meneses Law is an accomplished Immigration law firm with an outstanding track record of providing immigration services with the highest professional standards to our clients.
