We Offer:

Pay range of $20 to $27 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses

Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs

Monthly bonus program depending on tech attendance

An additional monthly bonus for obtainable revenue goals

Paid raise following paid training completion

Direct four-week path to Surface Repair Technician

No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)

Requirements

Experience with fiberglass and/or composite materials is a plus

Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby

An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

Hiring Process

Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff

Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool

Communicate with the support team with questions

Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process

Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit

Problem-solve repairs with creativity

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
