To support high-volume transactions, the hybrid Senior Python and Java Developer will design and implement secure card and payment processing services, optimize microservices, and ensure compliance with industry standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable card and payment processing services using Python, Java, and AWS Develop and optimize microservices for real-time authorization, settlement, and reconciliation Conduct code reviews and implement automated testing strategies to maintain high coding standards Required Qualifications Deep expertise in Python for backend services and data processing components Solid experience in Java for maintaining transaction engines and APIs Strong AWS skills for designing cloud-native architectures for payment platforms Proven experience in the cards and payments domain, including transaction lifecycles and regulatory compliance Familiarity with software engineering practices such as version control and continuous integration
