The Superintendent leads day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents and DSA requirements. The ideal candidate has strong commercial construction experience and hands-on experience with DSA projects and processes.

Responsibilities
Lead daily field operations, subcontractors, and site personnel.
Manage project schedules, critical path activities, and three-week lookaheads.
Coordinate subcontractors to ensure proper sequencing, quality, and productivity.
Review plans, specifications, and scopes to identify constructability issues and potential delays.
Qualifications
4+ years of commercial construction field supervision experience.
Hands-on DSA project experience required.
Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Autodesk, or Primavera.
OSHA 30 or equivalent preferred. xsgimln
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
