Data EngineerLocation: Reston, VA or Bethesda, MDClearance: TS/SCI w/CI polygraphResponsibilities:Manage accounts for intelligence collection tools used by agencies across the IC and DOD to include account creation, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance and updating.Lead correspondence between office and customers on all account issues.Answer questions regarding product and account details from users throughout the DOD and IC.Maintain awareness of current operational and strategic-level intelligence matters in order to properly assist collectors with practical and timely solutions.Perform cybersecurity audits to ensure analysts compliance will all regulations and security measures while performing collection.Assist and answer inquiries from collectors and analysts as necessary.Act as intermediary between government personnel and contract teams.Draft standard operating procedure documents for account management.Assist contractor or government leadership with all other matters pertaining to office operations as necessary.Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least 8 years of experience in the ICCurrent TS/SCI clearance w/ a CI polygraphEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
