Warehouse Manager

Warehouse ManagerWe are looking for a Warehouse Manager that will be responsible for managing and directing all aspects of warehousing and related functions. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for being hands-on in all day-to-day warehousing activities and serve as the strategic leader for all related efforts. As a strategic leader, you will also be responsible for collaborating with the Operations Direction to design and implement improved processes and/or operational policies.Responsibilities: Warehouse ManagerOversee the strategic operations within the functional areas of receiving, shipping, storage/distribution of goods, and logistics.Manage productivity levels of all workers to ensure maximum efficiencyCreate and implements initiatives geared toward operational excellenceUse LEAN 5S to ensure Warehouse is clean, safe, and well-maintainedResponsible for process, documentation, implementation, and tracking to drive continuous improvementAccountable for the safety of all warehouse employees by enforcing established health and safety policiesCoordinate and assist with the appropriate department(s) and/or person(s) to ensure customer requests and/or needs are metProvide supervision, direction, development, and leadership to employees to ensure satisfactory performance and target achievementImplement and manage standards, policies, and procedures that align with department and corporate goalsCoordinate with local HR team on all aspects of employee relations including, but not limited to, employee interviewing, hiring, coaching, counseling, disciplinary action, complaints, scheduling, training and development, etc.Responsible for warehouse KPIs development and reportingDesign, develop and implement warehousing training programs based on quarterly performance reviewsDirect activities and provide coaching and guidance to associates, leads, and supervisors.Collaborate with leadership to complete the given directives of the Company.This managerial position is expected to cultivate a culture in line with core company values.Requirements: Warehouse ManagerBS/BA Degree (Experience may substitute for Education)At least 5 years of work experience in warehouse managementExperience working with logistics team
