Department: IEW&S
Location: Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD
Compensation: $100,000 - $175,000 / year
We are seeking an experienced Management Analyst to serve as part of ACI’s Government Programs Team, which supports Capability Program Executive Intelligence and Spectrum Warfare (CPE ISW) for IEW&S HQs SETA.
Responsibilities
Identify and solve challenges related to the development and execution of day‑to‑day program operations.
Serve as a technical practitioner in areas relevant to the project.
Conduct analysis and develop solutions in the application of information technology.
Produce and review technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge in a given technical area.
Coordinate and schedule Video Teleconferences for Senior Leadership.
Serve as the facility maintenance POC for the CPE.
Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of products or services, and suggest changes to increase efficiency.

Required Qualifications
Department of War security clearance required; proof of U.S. citizenship required.
Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Top Secret w/SCI security clearance.
High school diploma and 10 years of relevant experience; or
Associate’s degree and seven years of relevant experience; or
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience; or
Master’s degree in a related field and no experience.
Knowledge of Department of Defense acquisition policies (e.g. DoD 5000.02, AR 70‑1, etc.).
