Despite a lean team of ~12 engineers, they've scaled to millions of users and significant revenue. They are now expanding their engineering team to keep pace with rapid growth and ambitious product development.ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for stellar mobile engineers based in San Francisco who will continue to help our apps scale. In this role, you'll be:Modularizing the SDK and UI frameworks to enable the rapid publishing of multiple apps buildRapidly building and iterating on new features and enhancements to increase engagement and LTV of existing user cohorts.Build out features to allow us to scale the app to geographies outside the United StatesInvestigate and implementing cross-platform frameworks that will allow us to launch apps on AndroidThe Right CandidateThe right candidate is passionate about building and has the ability and agency to drive projects to completion.You should be excited by the prospect of owning a large part of our engineering system, and continuously looking for more responsibility to take on.Qualifications3+ years of engineering experience building consumer apps on iOS in SwiftProficiency in Swift and ability to onboard and mentor other engineersWillingness to work across both mobile platforms with React NativeStrong product senseBonus: experience building slick UI animationsBonus: proficiency with mobile build systems, monorepos, and code generation toolsValues and BenefitsHigh growth.
