Senior Staff Engineer – Network Observability & Distributed SystemsRootshell Enterprise Technologies Inc. is a recognized provider of professional IT Consulting services in the US. We are actively seeking Senior Staff Engineer – Network Observability & Distributed Systems for one of our clients.Location: Redwood City CA (Hybrid)Job Summary:Architect and optimize large-scale observability platforms using Java, Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Grafana for real-time telemetry processing.Design and maintain high-throughput streaming pipelines with sub-second latency for global network telemetry and distributed systems.Lead the development of scalable stream-processing solutions using technologies such as Apache Flink, Prometheus, Thanos, and ClickHouse.Define platform architecture, technical standards, SLI/SLO metrics, and drive reliability, performance, and ITIL-compliant operations.Perform advanced root cause analysis, guide long-term technical strategy, and collaborate with software engineering, product, and network infrastructure teams.Requires 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in network observability or telemetry platforms, with strong expertise in distributed systems and Agile development.With regardsNaveen | Talent AcquisitionRootshell Enterprise Technologies Inc.
