Job Title: System Analyst Location: Dallas, TX, Arlington, TX, Raleigh, NC, Durham, NC (Day 1 Onsite) Job Type: Contract Experience: 10+ years Job Overview We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to deliver software solutions within complex enterprise environments, ideally with a background in financial services, payments, or card-related domains. This is a day-one onsite role requiring strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Research, analyze, and produce high-quality documentation, user stories, and specifications for complex software systems Investigate production issues using logging and observability tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering and business stakeholders Operate within Agile/Scrum/SAFe delivery environments Ensure accuracy, clarity, and elimination of ambiguity in all deliverables Required Skills Advanced SQL proficiency Hands-on experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, or Kibana Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures Experience with relational database schemas and SQL management tools Agile / Scrum / SAFe delivery experience Familiarity with PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or similar regulatory frameworks Preferred Skills Experience with mainframe platforms, batch programs, and job scheduling Background in debit/credit card, payments, or financial services domains Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
