Operations Coordinator

• Coordinate recruiting and hiring operations, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, resume review, reference checks, offer logistics, background checks, and employment verification
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, first-day orientation, and performance management
• Oversee internal systems, software access provisioning, role changes, hardware inventory, asset tracking, and vendor relationships across HR, recruiting, and IT operations
• Own executive scheduling and calendar coordination, including complex internal and external scheduling, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
• Conduct operational research and analysis
• Build and maintain reporting
• Use spreadsheets and data to identify trends, answer business questions, support leadership decision-making, and improve organizational processes

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, startup operations, executive operations, or a similarly cross-functional role
• Demonstrated ownership of projects or operational processes
• Ability to manage complex calendars, priorities, and competing deadlines across multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with spreadsheets, productivity tools, and operational systems
• Comfort handling confidential and sensitive employee information
• Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills
• Ability to work with operational data, identify patterns, and turn findings into clear recommendations
• Ability to improve ambiguous or inefficient processes and implement solutions
