Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 4 years of experience in .NET technologies (preferably win forms)At least 3 year of experience in Database PL/ SQL (Oracle or Sybase)Strong Analytical and strong communication skillsAt least 2 years of experience in managing a team of developers.At least 2 year of experience in Development ProjectsAt least 2 year of experience in Performance Engineering and Performance TuningAt least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.At least 2 years of experience in project scoping, estimation and schedulingAt least 1 year of experience in any one of the agile methodologies.Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentExperience in Capital Markets domainExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentQualificationsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
