This mission will ask everything of us: urgency, precision, and relentless work.The RoleWe're hiring a Robot Technician to support the development, testing, and deployment of our Fury vision-language-action models onto autonomous vehicles across land, air, sea, and space. You will keep our robotic platforms operational, field-ready, and running Fury. This is a hands-on, high-tempo role with direct impact on the most advanced robotic systems in defense. You'll play a critical part in closing the loop between hardware, AI, and real-world execution.We're a startup. You'll be moving fast, context-switching daily, and helping define the culture and process as we go. This is a rare opportunity to come in early and architect the future of defense.ResponsibilitiesAssemble, maintain, and repair robotic platforms across land, air, sea, and spaceIntegrate and calibrate sensors, compute, radios, and power systemsRun diagnostics, perform firmware updates, and ensure system healthSupport field testing and live demonstrations by prepping, staging, and deploying robotic assetsPerform rapid troubleshooting and reconfiguration in dynamic testing environmentsMaintain detailed records of equipment status, repairs, and system updatesCollaborate with the engineering team to iterate on platform designs and improve reliabilityManage robot logistics including staging, transport, and readiness for deploymentHelp shape operational processes and safety standards as we scaleQualificationsSeveral years of hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems or robotic hardwareAssociate's degree in a relevant technical field, trade school completion, or equivalent practical experienceComfortable working with hardware, tools, and test equipment in a lab and field settingStrong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple systems and timelinesClear communicator who can collaborate across teams and document work thoroughlyComfortable lifting and transporting equipment (up to 50lbs)Familiarity with rapid prototyping including the use of 3D printersLegal authorization to work in the United States is required.
