Warehouse Manager

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager in Chandler, AZ.

The primary responsibilities will include managing all Warehouse functions for 1-2 Customer Direct locations including inventory and truck loading/unloading, hands-on supervision, and training, coaching and developing the overnight Warehouse Team (as well as daytime Inventory Specialists).

Salary: $88,385 - $96,717 This role is eligible for an annual bonus.

Location: Chandler, AZ Ability to travel up to 50% to various locations including CA, CO, MI, NM OK, TX

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities will include managing all Refill Southwest HUBS and Warehouse functions for 20 to 30 locations with 10-15 direct reports including physical inventory, shuttle truck loading/unloading, remote supervision, training, coaching, and continuing to develop the Refill Warehouse Team. Drive frontline support through the ownership of all parts orders and parts distributions. Own execution and adherence to standards for all Refill Warehouse processes related to inventory and warehousing and SOX report compliance. Uphold frontline employee safety through the regulation of safety policy compliance, behaviors, and the identification and execution of safety improvement opportunities with facility organization and cleanliness. Execute all Refill Warehouse management related tasks, including but not limited to: day-to-day warehouse planning/scheduling, shuttle mapping and scheduling, establishing daily warehouse SOPs and collaborating with District Operations Managers to maintain adequate inventory levels. Manage facility technicians by hiring qualified team members, assigning facilities responsibilities, timely addressing of attendance/conduct/performance issues, and conducting mid-year and year-end Performance Evaluations. Own compliance to facility standards, to include routine facility inspections and visits and security/environmental/general compliance requirements. Uphold and execute all Refill HUB productivity and quality goals, including carbon tank production, on-time shuttling, timely documentation of parts movements and inventory processing. Ensure monthly inventory and rotatable orders are adequate to support frontline needs and address down equipment.

Qualifications

1-2 years previous supervisory experience required. Demonstrates confidence and influence in achieving performance goals. Skilled communicator (in groups and 1-on-1), who can set clear expectations. Ability to hold direct reports accountable. Ability to provide training and development for direct reports. Demonstrates excellent role models and peer leadership behaviors and influence. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management awareness. Ability to handle physical requirements, including, but not limited to, repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting up to 60 pounds. Able to conduct physical inventory audits. Able to safely use various warehouse equipment, including a forklift. Valid driver's license. College degree preferred / High School diploma or equivalent required. PC experience preferred (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle). Ability to travel up to 50% as needed to review and manage facilities.
