Project Coordinator

Project CoordinatorGEO-Instruments, a Keller company, provides geotechnical and structural monitoring services. We supply, install, and integrate geotechnical and structural sensors, along with geomatic systems. We automate the collection, processing, visualization, and delivery of data.We are currently looking for Project Coordinators with diverse, multiple discipline skill sets to join our team. We are looking for candidates based in Austin, TX or San Antonio, TX.ResponsibilitiesThis position is the liaison between Geo-instruments and our customers. Project Coordinators work with Sales, Engineers, and Technicians to develop solutions for our customers. The Project Coordinator writes proposals, monitoring plans, and then works with Instrument Technicians to install, commission, and maintain the systems through the project life cycle. An important part of the job is maintaining good communications and relations with customers and sub-contractors. Project Coordinators need excellent written and oral communication and strong organizational skills.Project Coordinators must have experience in construction, commercial installations or industrial projects. They must be technology minded and enjoy hands-on field activities.QualificationsSkills for either position should include one or two of the following, combined with an interest and desire for further development.Civil, Geotechnical, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial EngineeringLand Surveying, commercial constructionMechanical and electromechanical systemsInstrumentation systems, Remote measurementsExperience working with scripting languages such as Javascript and PythonElectrical, Fabrication, Industrial maintenanceSales, Business development Attitude:

PMs must be self-starters, good at working with others, and able create order out of chaos. Travel:

This position requires travel with occasional night and weekend work. Must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license.Experience with Microsoft Business software products are a must. Candidates must work well with others, be able to work in the field, be a self-starter, and be able create order out of chaos.Additional Information Salary Range
