Be the Engine Behind Operational Excellence As a Warehouse Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading Warehouse Supervisors and frontline employees to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. You won't just manage people you'll motivate, coach, and connect them to the bigger picture.

• Salary Range: $85,000 - $92,000 per year
• Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to maintain a cadence of visibility on all shifts.

• Train, support, and hold Warehouse Supervisors accountable for shift performance
• Walk the floor, lead by example, and be a visible, approachable leader
• Champion safety, participate in ESG activities, and host site-wide events

Deliver Results That Matter:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service and Inventory teams
• Execute action plans to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
• Monitor and review team and shift performance regularly
• Support process improvements, audits, cost reduction, and workforce planning
• Ensure systems, processes, and equipment keep your team productive and safe
• Tackle other duties like a pro all within your training and expertise

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 35 years of experience supervising operations and managing leaders
• Proven skills in team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments
• Commitment to safety and creating a positive work environment

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Knowledge of WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) or other warehouse management systems
• Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces
