Controller

LaSalle Network is partnering with an innovative manufacturing and printing company in search of a Controller to join their growing team. If you thrive in fast‑paced, collaborative environments, this is your chance to make an impact. The Controller handles Finance/Accounting department activities including customer billings, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger administration, month‑end closing, and financial reporting. The Controller also works closely with the CFO and takes a lead role in areas of cash management, budgets, and forecasting.

Controller Responsibilities

Manages General Ledger oversight and controls.

Facilitates regular financial reporting according to GAAP and managerial reporting.

Manages payroll processing, customer invoicing, accounts payable, receivable collections and related files and filings and processes and develops related company policies and controls.

Assists in safeguarding company assets and is key member of Security Team assuring compliance to SOCII requirements.

Coordinates, prepares and assists with annual budget, periodic forecasts, various management reporting, cash management, and annual compliance audits (financial and SOCII).

Provides financial and business analysis as requested.

Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.

Supervises accounting support resources as the company grows.

Controller Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

6+ years Accounting/Finance leadership experience

Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred

Proven Microsoft Office proficiency

Demonstrates good oral and written communication tools

Proficient organization and planning capabilities.

The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $160,000, plus bonus. A comprehensive package of benefits includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
