Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is seeking a Staff Software Engineer – Data to lead the Real-Time Analytics Platform initiatives. You will drive architecture, optimize streaming workloads, and mentor engineers across teams, shaping PlayStation’s data capabilities at scale.

You will collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, Security, and Data Engineering to deliver scalable, low-latency analytics across PlayStation, while leveraging AI tooling to automate workflows and improve data quality.
