Network Engineer

Overview

Network Engineer role at Lorien. This position is an onsite, 6-month contract with the potential for extension. Location: Pleasanton, CA. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (40 hours/week). Occasional OT or weekend work may be required.

Base pay range: $70.00/hr - $80.00/hr.

Responsibilities

Execute implementation tasks using provided scripts.

Support the deployment and refresh of campus switching and Wi-Fi infrastructure.

Required Skills

Cisco Catalyst and Meraki switching

Mist (Juniper) and Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi

DNS and DHCP

General knowledge of Juniper WAN

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience, especially in campus environments.

Strong hands-on expertise with the technologies listed above.

Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
