Our providers bring deep training in functional and integrative care alongside the rigor of conventional medicine, because we don't think patients should have to choose between the two. You will practice with precision testing that reaches well beyond basic labs, inside an integrated team that blends primary, functional, and specialty care under one roof. And you will have the time to stay with patients: tracking progress, adjusting the plan, and asking questions until they are actually feeling better.What You'll DoPatient Care: Provide full-spectrum primary care to a panel of your own, blending conventional primary care with functional medicine, preventive care, chronic disease management, and root-cause workups.Collaborative Care: Work closely with providers in other specialties, nurses, nutritionists, and health coaches to give patients one coordinated plan instead of several disconnected ones.Build Your Panel: Grow a patient-focused practice with support from our marketing, referral, and front office teams, including internal and external referral networks.Continuous Improvement: Give your site's Functional Medicine Medical Director direct feedback on patient flow, care delivery, EMR documentation, diagnostic testing, and therapeutic options.Community Involvement: Participate in FMI-hosted events and community education efforts that build your panel and our culture.What You BringTwo or more years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care or an outpatient setting.
