This individual has a sincere demeanor that allows guests to feel like they are being welcomed home from the time they step out of their car until we see their taillights. They have a knowledge of all of the happenings on property to ensure they are able to answer any questions the guests might ask them.

Requested Tasks

• Greet and welcome every guest. Ensure every guest receives a fond farewell. Identify and explain hotel facilities and features to guest
• Engage guests in a friendly and professional yet warm manner
• Safely and securely drive every guest vehicle. Safely and securely stores guest vehicle keys
• Open doors and assist guest/visitors entering/leaving property

Requested Capabilities

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds (luggage, packages, etc.)
• Approachable and professional personality
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to read guests and anticipate their needs
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods at a time
