IT Systems AdministratorUSADF has a need for an IT Systems Administrator in the Office of the Information Technology (Client)/Finance and Administration to support the agency's IT operations, infrastructure and security operations.Truncated Requirements (Duties include but are not limited)Serve as the primary Tier 1 support for all Information Technology departments' related issues.IT Operations: Shall ensure running operations of the Agency's network servers and Microsoft Office 365 Cloud server infrastructure.IT Security: Assist the Chief Information/Chief Information Security Officer in FISMA (Federal Information Security Management Act) activities.IT Infrastructure: Provide Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation and design of operations and infrastructure of Network Diagram and Manage Hypervisor infrastructure to include planning for hardware upgrade with proper change control management procedures, planning and coordination.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.Three (3) years of experience working with Microsoft Windows Servers (2008-2016) in an enterprise environment.A minimum of 3 years of experience administering Microsoft Office 365 cloud.Three (3) years of experience providing administration of the following Microsoft Office 365 cloud components: SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Office 2016 Professional or for Business, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Azure, Skype for Business, One Drive for Business.At least one (1) year of experience with Identity Access Management Systems and Single Sign-On.Three (3) years of experience Administering Unified Messaging Communications and Voice Messaging Systems to include Backups, Add-Move-Change.At least one (1) year of experience with McAfee EPO.At least one (1) year of experience with Patch Management Systems.Three (3) years of experience with network vulnerability scanning and analysis.At least one (1) year of experience working with Log Management software.Excellent Troubleshooting skills in a Windows Enterprise networking environment.At least one (1) year of experience working with Microsoft SQL server at a minimum SQL 2012 and above.At least one (1) year of experience with Web content publishing.Must be either a U.S. citizens or have lawful permanent resident status, and reside within the United States or its territories.
