Java Spring Boot Microservices Tech SupportLocation: Canton, MA (Onsite)Duration: Full TimeJob DescriptionMust Have Technical/Functional SkillsStrong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.Hands-on experience with REST APIs, HTTP protocols, authentication (OAuth2/JWT).Experience with SQL databases.Familiarity with message queues (Kafka).Ability to read and analyze application logs and stack traces.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure) is preferred.Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 2 technical support for integration applications, APIs, and microservices.Diagnose and resolve issues related to data flows, microservices, batch jobs, API failures, and system integrations.Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures.Troubleshoot issues in Java Spring Boot–based microservices including performance, availability, and functional failures.Monitor and support REST APIs, event-driven integrations, message queues (Kafka), and batch processes.Validate integration payloads (JSON/XML) and troubleshoot mapping issues.Respond proactively to alerts and system degradation.Participate in patching, releases, and deployment validation.Document SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.Monitor system health using tools Dynatrace.
