Revolutional is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our CEO and C-suite leadership team. Based on-site at our McLean, VA headquarters, this role serves as a trusted right hand to senior leadership, managing complex calendars, high-stakes communications, and cross-functional projects with discretion and sound judgment. This is a high-visibility position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in anticipating needs.

What You'll Do

As an Executive Assistant at Revolutional, you'll:

• Manage complex, shifting calendars for the CEO and C-suite executives, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing time against business needs.
• Coordinate all travel logistics, including flights, ground transportation, lodging, and detailed itineraries for business related trips.
• Serve as a gatekeeper and first point of contact for the executive suite, screening and routing calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and discretion.
• Draft, edit, and manage correspondence on behalf of executives, including emails, memos, and internal communications.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with department leaders and others to keep executive-sponsored projects and initiatives on track.
• Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with sound judgment and absolute discretion.
• Process expense reports, invoices, lunch ordering, and other administrative and financial documentation for the executive team.
• Manage office logistics for the executive suite, including vendor relationships, supplies, and meeting/event coordination.
• Plan, organize and oversee company event planning and events such as luncheons, offsites, end of year social events, etc..

What You Bring (Required)

• 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting a CEO, President, or other C-suite executive.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with calendar and travel tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive business, financial, and personnel information.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Polished, professional demeanor suited to interacting with board members, investors, and senior external stakeholders.
• Flexibility to occasionally accommodate early mornings, evenings, or off-hours availability based on executive schedules.

We Value (Differentiators)

• Bachelor or higher level degree is a plus.
• Prior experience supporting a leadership team (not just a single executive) strongly preferred.
• Related certifications like CAP (Certified Administrative Professional), ACEA (Advanced Certificate for the Executive Assistant), CEAP (Certified Executive Assistant Professional), or IAAP Organizational Management certification is a plus.

Work Environment & Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based at Revolutional's office in McLean, VA. Given the nature of executive support, on-site presence is required to ensure real-time responsiveness to the CEO and C-suite; occasional flexibility outside standard business hours should be expected to accommodate executive travel and scheduling needs. Occasional remote work may be accommodated based on business needs.
